By registering for the 3 rd Expert Meeting PH in Children, as a participant, I accept the content of the Registration Regulations and declare that I voluntarily provide my data and consent to their placement and processing in the Promotion Plus IT database Elżbieta Multan - Putur with its registered office in Chylice, at ul. Pogodna 18, 05-510 Chylice for purposes related to the organization of the 3 rd Expert Meeting PH in Children.

The transfer of data is necessary in order to register for the event. The above data will be stored until the consent to their processing is withdrawn and will not be transferred to a third country (outside the European Economic Area). I am aware about the right to inspect my data, the possibility of correcting, deleting or limiting it, the right to object to data processing, the right to transfer it, and the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The purpose of processing the personal data provided will be the professional implementation of the conference service and the subsequent possibility of informing about our new educational projects - in accordance with the premises set out in art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) and f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For the purposes necessary for the proper organization of participation in the conference, the personal data provided will be made available to such recipients as: our employees, supporting entities, e.g. financial services, IT services, institutional co-organizers and sponsors as well as other recipients of data, such as couriers.

·       We do not transfer personal data to entities outside the European Economic Area.
·       We plan to process your personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of the year in which you participated in the last conference event organized by us.
·       You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, and object to processing.
·       You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that we process personal data in a way that violates the law.
·       We do not conduct processing activities for the purpose of automated decision-making, and in particular we do not profile personal data.
